The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of functions and uses word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software. Duties also include fielding telephone calls, filing, travel arrangements, expenses, supply ordering, office organization, meeting coordinatioin, meeting notes and data entry. May assist with overflow work from other office staff.


  • Screen phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage travel for staff
  • Collect expense reciepts
  • Order supplies
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Minutes at client meetings
  • Data entry


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • MS Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
