Responsible for performing the day-to-day office task of processing rebate applications.  Activities and task may include, but not limited to, repetitive review of rebate applications for completeness and in good order, data entry, filing, posting, copying, keeping records, and other similar duties.  Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice may be required.  Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.  Routine judgment and interpretation is necessary.  


  • Reviews rebate applications/records to determine information to complete rebate processing.
  • Scans, renames and organizes document utilizing SharePoint.
  • Enters rebate data into a unique database as necessary.
  • Validates utility account numbers using client and/or proprietary software.
  • Determines eligibility of measures using program rules.
  • Maintains required Production levels of =>95% of Standard (3 months rolling period)
  • Maintains required Accuracy levels of =>98% (3 months rolling period)
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots basic problems in Pulse.
  • Performs desktop review on at least (6) programs
  • Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Apply knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within a field.
  • Follow instructions within pre-established guidelines.
  • Understand Program rules and regulations.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of invoice creation and quality control processes.
  • Verify the work of others and communicate errors with courtesy.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of programs every (3) months.
  • Analyze data, decipher and problem solve issues.
  • Adapt to constant change.
  • Good communication verbally and in writing.
  • Prioritize and organize.
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • Exercise judgment and work with or without supervision.


  • Prefer a High School diploma or Associates degree (AA) or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the field or related area.
  • Three(3) months of experience at Incentive Processor I level.
  • Typing 35 wpm and six-month 10-key experience.
  • Certification and Licenses:  none required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, spreadsheets, e-mail, Adobe
  • Knowledge of propriety software and databases a plus.
