Overview

CLEAResult is seeking a full-time Incentive Processor to provide administrative and customer support to the delivery of the assigned  Program.

Responsibilities

  • Record, review and track rebate applications, completion paperwork (contracts, receipts, completion certificates, etc.) submitted by customers and/or contractors to ensure accuracy and program incentive eligibility
  • Review contractor’s entries in the program energy modeling software to ensure accuracy and consistency with the information listed on their contracts
  • Assist customers, contractors and field staff in making changes to contracts and work orders
  • Provide administrative and computer data entry support to contractors and field staff, as needed
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of authorizations for customer and contractor incentive payments
  • Track the status of active projects to ensure progress toward completion occurs in a timely manner. Follow-up with contractors and field staff, as needed
  • Input, verify and correct data for program reporting requirements. Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required to meet program specifications
  • Document inspection results, as required
  • Assist in monthly invoicing process by entering and verifying data
  • Assist in outreach to the public and to contractors at home shows, conferences, events, etc., as assigned
  • Pull and prepare program files for audits by the state or federal government
  • Assist in the resolution of customer issues. Document calls and customer issues in program database.  Follow-up with customers or field staff to secure necessary documentation
  • Work with Customer Call Center to answer customer inquiries and to schedule field inspections

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education required, some college preferred
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Detail oriented and ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required; in particular, strong Excel skills required. Previous database experience preferred
  • Interest in building science and/or energy efficiency is preferred.
