Overview

The Field Supervisor will be working under the direction of and will provide day-to-day assistance to Program Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting the field staff, facilitating training, and administering QA of field staff customer visits, reporting and paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Safety training and evaluation of field staff activities relating to safety
  • Supervises production activities and oversees the time management of field staff including scheduling
  • QA of field staff visits, paperwork & reports
  • Assist with data collection of field staff performance
  • Responsible for Tools/Equipment management
  • Responsible for fleet management such as verifying all field staff vehicles are maintained, inspected and have current registration & insurance cards
  • Responsible for facilitating the resolution of field staff data entry or other problems in Catalyst
  • Follows appropriate protocols for inclement weather, employee call outs, and non-functioning vehicles and equipment
  • Responsible for initiating & tracking jobsite QA inspection
  • Responsible for assisting onboarding of new field staff
  • Additional duties assigned by the Program Manager
  • Required to perform residential BPI audits as needed when schedule demands are not met with Energy Advisor Staff

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 3 years of relevant construction experience
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant residential energy usage and/or utility programs
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
  • Ability to utilize common hand tools
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has full knowledge of program requirements and standards
  • Has full knowledge of residential energy use
  • Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Planning: Ability to perform short and long range planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Quality orientated
  • Computer proficient
